The job of an artist manager is to negotiate for fees, contracts, bookings of events and finding event venues that match the artist’s career strategy. He is also responsible for publicity, promotion and managing media relations for the development of the artist. The roles of an artist manager involve more but we can only state few.
Some artist managers have added sexual needs to the roles which we all know it’s wrong, no sexual relationship should be inculcated.
One big issue in the entertainment industry is Artiste and manager’s relationship. If it’s not about money issues, then one is not happy with one’s work. Most of the time, the big problem is unfavorable contract between these two bodies.
There’s an argument, it is difficult to manage a female artiste or entertainer if the manager happens to be a male.
 In every institution, there is an affair just that it doesn’t comes out like how affairs in the entertainment industry comes out.
There’s a possibility that some of the male managers who are recalcitrant, try to have sexual encounter with their female artiste. Some men will act like they want to help manage your talents but in their head they just want to sleep with the female artiste. Some female artistes are also in for it and when things turns out bad, they play blame games.
It makes it very difficult for a male to manage a female artiste because of certain issues that always surround the working relationship.
Most managers end up dating and having sexual life with the artiste.
“Temptation is sweeter than honey”, Ghanaian saucy songstress and nude model, Goddess Ginger has allegedly lured his manager known as Raymond Koomson into sex and allegedly trapped him with pregnancy.
Goddess Ginger who was supposed to sign a management  deal with THINK MEDIA for 2years but due to unthinkable issues the contract has been pending for months now.
From our investigations, the Managing Director of THINK MEDIA, Raymond Koomson has been alleged having several sexual encounters with the songstress yet to be signed on to the management deal which has resulted to a pregnancy. As quoted “Temptation is sweeter than honey”, Raymond couldn’t resist the temptation by the sexy singer, Goddess Ginger and now he’s in hot water for allegedly impregnating her artiste which he has not even signed contract with.
From the look of things, Goddess Ginger is keeping the pregnancy and his manager is not too happy about it.
Mr. Raymond Koomson, the supposed manager of Goddess Ginger, has allegedly threatening the singer to terminate the pregnancy or else he won’t sign any contract with her.
Goddess Ginger believes after terminating the pregnancy, he will not have any to do with her again. He’s just lying to her to terminate the pregnancy.
Mr. Raymond Koomson is now playing blame games which is frustrating the model.

BNOSKKA WINS PRESTIGIOUS UNESCO CONSULTANCY CONTRACT

In a significant recognition of his expertise, Benjamin Oduro Arhin Jnr, aka Bnoskka, has been awarded a consultancy contract by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) as the National Expert for the UNESCO Aschberg Program in Ghana.

This contract, which runs from October 1, 2023, to August 31, 2024, is a testament to Bnoskka’s extensive knowledge and experience in creative arts business and intellectual property issues. As the sole national expert, he will be responsible for training 400 emerging artists and cultural professionals across Ghana, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the creative industry.

The project, fully funded by UNESCO, aims to promote the creative arts sector in Ghana, contributing to the country’s economic growth and cultural development. The National Commission on Culture, in collaboration with stakeholders in the cultural and creative industries, will organize activities across the country, leveraging Bnoskka’s expertise to ensure the project’s success.

Following a competitive call for expressions of interest, Bnoskka was selected for his outstanding qualifications and experience in creative arts business and intellectual property. As the sole national expert, he will lead the implementation of the project, training 400 emerging artists and cultural professionals across Ghana.

The project aims to:

– Strengthen the creative arts sector in Ghana
– Enhance the capacity of emerging artists and cultural professionals
– Promote cultural diversity and creativity
– Foster international cooperation and collaboration

Bnoskka’s responsibilities will include:

– Developing training programs and materials
– Conducting workshops and training sessions
– Mentoring emerging artists and cultural professionals
– Collaborating with stakeholders in the cultural and creative industries

Bnoskka, a lecturer at the School of Creative Arts, University of Education, Winneba, has established himself as a leading expert in creative arts business and intellectual property. He has organized numerous seminars and workshops, sharing his knowledge with artists, cultural professionals, and students. His expertise spans business development, trademark laws, patents, copyright, branding, and cultural and international relations.

As a published author and researcher, Bnoskka’s work focuses on music, arts, and culture business and intellectual property rights and law. His publications and research have contributed significantly to the field, making him a respected voice in Ghana and beyond.
