Nebu Ur’ Majesty has cautioned Ghanaian movie artiste, Umar Krupp ‘not to bite what he can’t chew’.

The two movie producers are going through some misunderstanding in what seems to be a closed circuit hot interaction after the director wrote on his twitter, “Nobody can hurt me without my permission. An good man makes peace but the folly includes his associates. If u have an unresolved issue with my costumier, resolve it and stop making people around feel responsible @umarkrupp Dnt bite what u cnt chew bro. @ghpagenews @brownghdotcom”

As to what generated the argument, Soiree News can reveal without a doubt that it is as a result of a trending video on the Instagram page of “brownghdotcom” where a lady by name, Sewaa Akoto has warned to expose Umar of something the world has no knowledge of.

“Umar! Umar Krupp. This is going to be my last warning, I won’t call you again, I won’t text you again. This is going to be my last warning. You don’t want me to disgrace you. If you don’t want people to hear, please you know what to do. Please you know what to do,” Sewaa said in the video.

According to the Movie director now a bread manager, he sighted the video on Wednesday morning and after watching, he made a comment, “Trouble coming oooooo @umarkrupp,” later to hear from the artiste trying to involve him in a matter he knows nothing of.

He revealed a WhatsApp chat of the movie artiste abusing and rekindling a case out of a matter, which has long be solved between the two.

“I have no problem with Umar. He just want to create fire out of a smoke but he should be careful. I have no clue about the girl’s video on Instagram.

“Sewaa (the girl in the video) is my costumier. After watching and commenting, I called to enquire from her what the problem is until she told me Umar owes her money,” Nebu explained.

“Why should Umar call and try to get me involved?”

Nebu Ur’ Majesty narrated that during his ‘Dreams in a Diary” series shoot, he casted Umar and paid for his service but the actor out of eight scenes shot three and refused to continue with the rest after paying more than he bargained.

“Umar was supposed to shoot with Frank Artus on a particular scene. He arrived on the set and by the time the crew realized, he was nowhere to be found. He charged me GH₵1500 cedis but I paid more than GH₵2500 and he still could not finish his scenes.

“I decided to take him to the Movie authorities but was advised. I believe he thinks I have conspired with the lady to disgrace him. No. I would not do that but if he is indeed a professional, he should handle his dealings decently and settle my costumier. That is out of my reign.

“But if he decide to engage me in a matter I know nothing of, then he will be mistaken” Nebu said.

DEBUT ALBUM by Miriam Mandipira & The Soul Family!
You’ve never heard a voice like Miriam Mandipira’s. Undeservedly, she doesn’t take credit for the power or presence she delivers. For Miriam, music is much more than just notes and words. It’s
magic. And faith. You can experience it LIVE and on the album, which is set to be released on September 1st.

She has been singing for as long as she can remember, growing up with her ears glued to the radio.

From the moment her school teacher asked her to sing in class, the rest has been history. From Africa to Denmark, from Book Café in Harare to Mojo Blues Bar and the big concert halls. From
Danish Radio Big Band to the Royal Theater. Music is music, and Miriam is the music.

“But it’s not about me when I sing. I’m just the instrument, and when I’m on stage with my band, I sing from a place that’s not about rules and technique but about emotions,” says the singer, who is
seriously trying her hand at songwriting – together with her Soul Family on the album “Ndiwe”, which means ‘you are the chosen one of my heart.’ The overall message is impossible to ignore
Love.

“Call me a soul singer, call me a jazz singer. I don’t care. Good music is good music, and I love interpreting other people’s songs and being inspired. At the same time, I think it’s great to try my
hand at creating and writing the songs myself – and with my friends in the Soul Family, I have found my place. They are my family, and the curiosity and respect we share are fantastic.”

You can experience that up close when Miriam & The Soul Family take the stage. The enthusiasm for music and communication is impossible to ignore and hear.

“I love to maintain the feeling of being a child. It’s an excitement and curiosity that keeps me going, and that’s why I’m so excited about every single concert – no matter how small or large it is.

Otherwise, I would never do it. This is not just a casual thing. This is a life, and everything means something,” says Miriam, who began her years in Denmark by jamming at Mojo Blues Bar, building a network.

Enjoy
