“My Viral Awurama Video Pushed Me To Do Better Songs” – Lord Paper

Musician Lord Paper has stated emphatically on Asempa 94.7 FM’s ‘Showbiz Review’ show that his viral video of his debut song, “Awurama” which was highly sensual pushed him to be a better artiste. He elucidated that he received heavy backlashes after the video’s release and due to that he was not taken as a serious artiste with wild talent.

Lord Paper further explained that the only he could right this wrong was to show the world how talented he was, and he did exactly that. He released good songs back to back which buried that worse perception people had of him. He corroborated the fact that the viral video was only a stunt to help him penetrate the music market which although worked aggravated into something else.

Talking to Obidombie Adu Kumi, the host of the show, he dolefully lamented that he has not been promoting his songs maximally. This has retarded the growth of his music career. Lord paper finally hinted that he has for his fans, a soon to come album.

Singer and philanthropist, Shatana has revealed some dark sides of the industry that does not come to light in the Ghanaian showbiz industry on Evening Vibes with Virgin Blogger on Kingdom 107.7 FM.

The show monitored by the Ghvibe team saw Shatana lay bare the unrosy parts of the Showbiz industry that she encountered when she was fresh to the game.

She expressed that a friend she knew took her to Delay to groom her and help her get her song to the next level.

Shatana explained that Delay told her she was beautiful so the best way for her to get up there was to use what she had to get what she wanted. Shatana said this disturbed her because she did not envision that life being part of her journey.

Lastly she advised up and comings in various departments of the Showbiz Industry to hold on to their originality and not break their resolve to get up there because only God Almighty blesses.
