The Ashanti regional head Pastor for the Open Bible Churches, Apostle Emmanuel Asenso Boateng has refuted blame on the Road Safety Commission for it incompetence and negligence causing the current carnage on our roads.

According to the man of God the Commission is working within its range and according to the resources available to them and they can hardly go beyond that. “They don’t have enough equipments and personnel to interpret the road regulations to ensure safety” He said.

He also stressed that most of the vehicles we use here (Ghana) are overage and they are not to be use for commercial purposes while most of them too had been fixed with used spare parts which you cannot trust. ” road accident cases will reduce if the government put up a proper measures to fight this”

The man of God also added that most accident cases are recorded during festive season like Easter, Christmas, etc and when it happens we blame the devil,
” is true sacrifices and bloody contracts are being renewed yearly and you can take that out, but there are other greedy drivers who want to take advantage of the season to earn huge money due to that they wrongly overtake, over speed, etc and cause accident”.

Drive safely let’s prevent accident in this year’s Easter.
