As the saying goes, “Good stuff sells without excessiveness”, it is akin to good music. A few weeks after the release of Charles Fanti’s ” Sake Of Love”, it has inclined to greatness. It is unarguably on the dial of every radio station in the country.

The most novel feat the highlife song has achieved is to rapidly climb to the third position of Ark FM’s ‘Top Ten Songs In Sunyani’. The music chart which is curated strictly according to the requests people make for the songs on it and the number of spins and airplays they enjoy on radio. The highlife song, ”Sake Of Love” started from the bottom at number 10 and has the number three spot now. It will be of no wonder when it becomes number one on the chart soon. Also, it won’t be surprising when the song tops other music charts across and outside the country.

Highlife music is fast regaining it’s roots in Ghana and as such, Gavali Music’s signed artiste, Charles Fanti in a few weeks ago, has blessed us with the nicest highlife song that will entertain and make your day any day.

Kirani Ayat calls out gov’t as Nana Addo uses his video without his consent

The Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) claims that it requested permission before utilizing portions of “Guda” in the “Visit Ghana” ad through a “bespoke creative firm,” to which rapper and singer Kirani Ayat has responded.

The company posted the article on Instagram on September 28.

Kirani Ayat sent a press release to the Authority in response to the announcement.

“I would like to categorically state that NO agency has any RIGHTS whatsoever to my intellectual property,” he said.

The rapper emphasized that he had not granted the group any permission to utilize his video for promotional purposes.

“I, Kirani Ayat, have NOT granted any agency the authority to use my likeness or carry out any work on my behalf.”

The message went on to emphasize that the Ghana Tourism Authority had not disclosed the agency’s identity.

The letter ended by warning the group to disclose the identity of the agency and the signed contracts that formalize the arrangement with the Ghana Tourism Authority.

This comes after rapper Kirani Ayat criticized the government for appropriating parts of his music video, GUDA, without the rapper’s or the music video director, David Nicol-Sey, seeking permission.
