Research Is Needed To Measure Achievements Of Political Parties And Their Promises On The Creative Arts Industry Of Ghana – Bnoskka
Benjamin Oduro Arhin Jnr popularly known as Bnoskka, has asserted that it is about time a research is carried out in Ghana to assess the promises given by individual presidential aspirants and political parties flag bearers.
This research call is necessary because there has been too many promises said with hope of bettering the creative arts industry in Ghana, and it is obvious that an impact analysis is needed at this time of the year where a presidential election is coming on in 7th December 2024, so that an evidence based analysis can be presented to see what promises have been made in the past and how many were achieved right from the first republic to the current fourth republic multiparty democracy state of Ghana.
Bnoskka barred this in a discussion on Asempa 94.7FM with Obidombie Adu Kumi when asked about his comments on the promise Vice President Dr Bawumia made during his presentation at the UPSA Auditorium seeking mandate to be voted for as the next president of the NPP in the upcoming 2024 December 7, general elections in Ghana.
He further added that the research when done will be able to give fair review of achievements made from political promises when the sayer got power and also the government institutions’ contributions in the creative arts industry to promote stakeholders effort in creating jobs and generating income and growth for the creative economy of Ghana.
Bnoskka is a Creative Arts, Business and Intellectual Property Consultant and doubles as a lecturer at the Department of Music Education, School of Creative Arts, University of Education, Winneba.
